Hello to my blog readers

Yesterday Studio Oh closed at Scrapbookgraphics. I was offered a postion in Interior Design staging homes for a major builder and I am so excited. Interior Design is my first true love.

I will be opening up a personal store at Randi Oh Designs.com (:D) to house all of my digiscrap designs — why? because I LOVE to design and have no plans on retiring any time soon.

SBG was a nice ride – I am honored to have had the opportunity to be among some of the best designers in the business. What I will miss most is the designer list and all the inspiration and sharing that came with it.

I want to say thank you to all of the offers from Digital Store owners asking me to come and make a home there with my products. I *may* go into one of the stores, though not just yet. I want to complete and open my own and will take things from there.

i have designed a HUGE collection that will be available for sale in my studio March 6th. i had so much fun creating these pieces and know you will enjoy it. the collection includes 80 elements, 16 papers, 1 full alpha and extra ornamental tiles, 5 pieces of word art overlays and overlay clusters. peachy pinks, bluish greens, creamy yellows, rustic orange, mossy green, cream, browns, a bit of gray… aaaaaah i love it!

ooooh.. I forgot to tell you that I created a set of WALLpapers to coordinate with the Me, Myself & I kit/Collection and Oh Shabby Kit and Cluster it Collab with @Studio Wendy — they are all based on the same color palette. My Mom wants me to turn these into true Wallpapers because they are buying a new home and she wants them throughout her house — she does have a plum (purpley) colored sofa, loveseat and chair — though I am redoing the new house and those are not coming! :p

Songbird Avenue presents “Port au Prince”, a digital scrapbooking kit for the benefit of relief in Haiti. All proceeds from February will be donated to Doctors Without Borders. Created with love by 56 designers.

From their website, the Doctors Without Borders’ Mission:

“Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization created by doctors and journalists in France in 1971.

Today, MSF provides aid in nearly 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to those most in need. MSF reserves the right to speak out to bring attention to neglected crises, to challenge inadequacies or abuse of the aid system, and to advocate for improved medical treatments and protocols.”

Included in this kit are: 104 patterned papers, 208 elements including , 8 alphabets and 6 12×12 inch PSD, 300 DPI layered templates.
