Here I am working in Photoshop CS4 and the top of my window is under the top bar. It took me a while to figure out how to get it back – so I thought I’d share with you – to keep your frustration level down

hit TAB to remove the top PSCS4 bar – drag your window back down!

It’s been driving me batty – I usually work on a bunch of things in PSCS4 at one time – so I have a bunch of windows open. I also move them around, as we all do — but this new feature in CS4 where you are able to have tabbed windows leaves me feeling less than happy when my window gets gobbled up by another. You know what I am talking about – the window is gone!
For Mac users: go to Photoshop>Preferences>Interface and UNcheck “Enable Floating Document Window Docking”. …
